Choose the ITINERARY that best suits your company needs:
CLO
Specialised Diploma as Chief Learning Officer.
Challenge: Google’s Activate program needed to recruit a key partner to design and execute a unique entrepreneurial experience.
Solution: Google selected TeamLabs/ to create the content and deliver this entrepreneurship training. We designed a unique three-day experience that consisted of living first-hand the real experience of being an entrepreneur through action, where the three great learnings of the entrepreneur were acquired: the user, the team, and the results.
Impact: We carried out our On the road through 15 cities in Spain for 3 years in order to transmit to the Activate Google community how to innovate in entrepreneurship; empathizing with its user from teamwork and achieving quantitative results.
Challenge: In ambitious strategic learning or acceleration processes such as Telefónica’s Think Big, now Conecta Empleo, the process prior to the program and the selection of teams and ideas is one of the greatest conditions for the success and impact of the program.
How could we design and facilitate the learning methodology that would give hundreds of young people from 7 different cities the opportunity to become entrepreneurs and have great ideas in just two hours?
Solution: We designed and executed an experience with which we toured Spain for two years, offering a 2-hour entrepreneurial experience phased in 20-minute sequences. In groups of 20-30, high school youth became familiar with the venture. A two-in-one process: attracting young people and arousing their interest in participating in Telefónica’s Think Big program at the same time that they are selected for their projects, aptitudes and abilities.
Impact: We involved more than 700 young people and more than 110 projects in the program.
Challenge: One of the objectives of the German Sparkassenstiftung (German Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation) was to help entities in the Mexican Popular Savings and Loan Sector through their digital transformation.
Solution: We developed an innovation laboratory for this Foundation in Mexico, designing its main lines of action (Observatory, Governance, Learning Lab…), objectives and work model. We accompany the laboratory team and the Foundation in its implementation, helping managers and employees of the entities of the Popular Savings and Credit Sector (SCAP) of Mexico in their digital transformation process.
Challenge: Diversify the business and develop intra-entrepreneurship and agility skills in the innovation teams of electricity companies.
How can we train skills and ways of working as a team that allow the corporation to continue showing constant value?
Solution: We incorporated a Radical Learning Lab adapted to the reality of the innovation team to work together on the development of a new service that would provide new answers to the needs of users, increase the organization’s profit margin and serve to incorporate new ways to work, innovate and learn in the company.
The value proposition that we incorporated into all the processes we developed was key. A process that allowed a three in one:
- Develop a strategic project for the organization.
- Train and integrate transversal skills and cutting-edge techniques in the team (Innovation, intrapreneurship, AI).
- Incorporate simple daily practices that change the mindset and the way of working in the team.
And all this in the same 5-month process based on the logic and processes of Service Design and the development of agile projects in teams.
Challenge: Select internal talent with knowledge of the Design Thinking and Prototyping methodology to incorporate into the Innovation department.
Solution: A gamified selection process, which we call CoolThinkers, and training in Design Thinking where we select a team of Design Thinkers.
We designed the entire experience with small learning pills made up of a theoretical framework in video format, practical exercises and dialogue sessions where the participants shared their conclusions and experience in each phase.
Challenge: Contribute to positioning The Circular Lab, the first circular economy innovation center in Europe, as an open innovation ecosystem in the field of circular economy, expanding the circle of projects, suppliers and collaborators necessary to maintain activity throughout the year in center.
Solution: We designed an open innovation process through Design Sprint to solve challenges of The Circular Lab.
We toured Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao and Logroño where we developed workshops on innovation in the field of circular economy and we made the methodological proposal and the theme known to the attendees with the intention of attracting new participants for our Bootcamp.
Challenge: Playtomic needed tools to help them manage their growth. In addition, a part of that growth was due to acquisitions of other companies, so we had a significant challenge when it came to aligning the teams and jointly building a unique business model.
Challenge: The Universia Foundation’s commitment to promoting the labor inclusion of people with disabilities brought the Foundation closer to the TeamLabs Laboratory to create an ecosystem that fostered entrepreneurship.
Solution: We apply Service Design processes, a methodology based on human-centered design techniques (focusing innovation on the user). To do this, we undertook an exploratory, qualitative and quantitative phase based on the different mapped agents to detect the radius of action. In this way, we find the value for each of the agents with the creation of a community of action and learning. We achieved the ultimate goal of ensuring that a greater number of entrepreneurial initiatives could land on the market and increase their impact.
Challenge: Oxfam Intermón sought to find solutions to strategic challenges for the organization, as well as foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning and interdepartmental work, with an experience that was intense, memorable and motivating.
Solution: We carried out a two-day hackathon in Barcelona attended by 40 participants from different departments of Oxfam Intermón. Leinners (young people from the LEINN grade) were integrated into the work teams with a facilitation role. Using innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Design Sprint, the teams devised solutions that they quickly prototyped with no-code tools. The pitch of each project was broadcast via streaming to the entire organization and was evaluated by a jury of experts who gave prizes to the most interesting ones to continue developing afterwards.
TeamLabs/ methodology to get to the learning mindset:
Our methodology is based on a practical, hands on, lab culture where you can get it wrong, and learning is understood in a radical way.
- We operate in learning labs.
- We learn by self-managing and propelling ourselves.
- We learn as a community and as a team. With continuous feedback.
- We learn by doing, experimenting and exploring.
- We learn by creating diverse and inclusive environments.
- We learn by embarking on international journeys: our business missions.
- We learn to take action without prior theoretical knowledge. Because we learn by working and we work whilst we are learning.
