Gloria Gubianas, co-founder of the Hemper backpack brand, graduate from LEINN (Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation), has been chosen “Entrepreneur of the year in Spain”.
just being 24 years old, Gloria Gubianas is considered a youth model of sustainable fashion in Spain for demonstrating that a fashion brand can be created without harming the environment and respecting human rights. Hemper backpacks and accessories are handmade in Nepal with hemp, one of the most environmentally friendly fabrics, and empower families and communities at risk of social exclusion through job creation.
Gloria Gubianas represented Spain in the international final of “Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award”, an award created by INCO and supported by the Chanel Foundation, created in memory of Coco Chanel, to support women entrepreneurs from around the world who aspire to solve the main social and environmental problems in their communities, and that in Spain has the collaboration of Technovation and Power to Code.
