Lucía González
Born in Donostia-San Sebastián 47 years ago, into a basque-navarrean family around doctors and pharmacists.
Since she was very little, her dream was to “change the world” and therefore she decorated her room with posters of NGOs, under the surprise of her parents and her three brothers and sisters. From a young age she became interested in sciences, and despite hearing the classic “sciences are very difficult and are more for boys than for girls”, she decided to study Higher Industrial Engineering Degree at the University of Navarra, on the San Sebastián campus.
She started her professional career in the Mondragón Cooperatives in the Basque Country in the machine tool industrial sector, coordinating international projects in sectors such as automotive and energy. Some years later, she decided to move to Barcelona where she began a new professional period at the engineering and innovation consulting sector within a leading french group at the european level.
But her dream to change the world is still alive and therefore, in 2011 she decided to found her first company, Edenway, where they have developed Sustainable and Innovative Strategies and Projects. In the last 12 years they have participated in more than 150 projects with public entities, private companies, start-ups, universities and technology centers and this has allowed her to acquire extensive and very operational knowledge on how they can transform their realities in a sustainable way.
Edenway has also turned out to be a laboratory in itself for the generation of new ideas that contribute positively to the environmental and social level. From here, her second entrepreneurial adventure was born, Natives to integrate sustainability in any school in the world.
She is passionate about creating and contributing to projects where innovation, regeneration, education and entrepreneurship come together. Open to the world, she speaks Spanish, English and French. She loves practising sports every day, music, gastronomy and taking care of her beloved ones.
She is a woman, mother, engineer, entrepreneur and passionate about building a better world through the generation of collective intelligence.

Part of her heart remains in Italy, specifically in Rome, where she lived for 2 years after receiving a scholarship from the COMETT program at Centro Europeo dell’Educazione.

Antonio Lafuente
Since its inception in 2007, he has directed the Commons Laboratory at the MediaLab-Prado in Madrid, where he shares his theoretical contributions to the study of the commons, among which stands out having formalized the theory of its four environments consisting of the body, nature , the city and the digital environment. Lafuente defines the commons as “what belongs to everyone and no one at the same time. The commons, in any case, is not definable, because it evokes the existence of very heterogeneous goods that range from the old communal pastures to the new worlds of biodiversity, folklore or gastronomy.
Its intellectual position defends the opening and democratization of knowledge beyond a redoubt reserved for experts. This opening requires a rethinking of policy by implementing solutions that make it difficult to privatize issues such as “the photosynthetic function, the nutrient cycle or the pollination of plants, seeds, ocean floors and aquifers”, and we must take responsibility for the transmission to future generations of the gifts of nature and culture, as well as the reaffirmation of a commitment to the defense of the common good and new heritage.
For Antonio, techno-scientific creations involve an assembly of humans and bots. Part of the trust in social interaction processes is increasingly being ceded to machines and alert systems that use codified and automated procedures. As an example, Lafuente cites Wikipedia, where edits made by bots represent a high percentage of the number of total edits.
