Perfect Equity Splits for Bootstrapped Startups
Are you starting a bootstrapped business with co-founders? Do you plan on bringing on partners, employees, or advisors in the future? Are you hoping to pay them with equity instead of cash? Come to this workshop!
Most founders make mistakes when splitting equity, but there is a way to ensure that your split is perfectly fair. Don’t offer anyone equity without learning the formula first!
What you will learn:
Join Mike Moyer, author of The Slicing Pie Handbook and Will Work for Pie for a seminar about how to use a dynamic equity split formula to create a perfectly fair equity split among co-founders. Learn how to fairly allocate equity and fairly recover equity if someone leaves the company.
When and where?
April 18th Thursday, from 18:30 to 20:30
TeamLabs BCN
Carrer Pallars, 73 – Barcelona (08018)
